Jared Holden
Massage Therapist Parramatta
Jared Holden, joined the Parramatta team at Health plus Chiropractic in 2021 after completing his Diploma in Remedial Massage through Meadowbank TAFE. In addition to offering his services to clients in remedial massage therapist at the practice, he is also currently he is working as a Chiropractic Assistant for Anthony O’Reilly.
Jared’s intent is to provide the best quality of practice and massage treatment and he feels very capable of achieving this. In addition Jared is keen to reflect the quality of character that has been expected since he first began working at Health plus Chiropractic.
The techniques Jared performs include: Sports massage, remedial massage, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage techniques, and functional anatomy testing.
Some of the conditions that Jared has focus are sports injuries, lower back aches and pains, arthritis, repetitive stain injuries, soft-tissue injuries, headaches and neck pain, stress, muscle imbalances, joint mobility issues and lost of function.
